injury prevention- screening and treatment for any limitation in joint range/muscle length or imbalances in strength/control

Treatments are designed specifically for each patient based on their presentation, lifestyle, goals and nature and irritability of their pain or dysfunction.
Treatments include but are not limited to:
manual techniques- massage, joint mobilisations, Muscle Energy Techniques, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation
traditional acupuncture and electroacupuncture
acupuncture of trigger points
electrotherapy- ultrasound, Interferential Therapy, LIPUS (available to rent)
exercise prescription
advice on posture, movement and lifestyle
